Forward Regulatory Plan
Natural Resources Canada first indicated its intention to move forward with Amendments 18 in its Forward Regulatory Plan published in April 2022. Subsequent updates in June 2022 and April 2023 reaffirmed NRCan’s intent to follow through with Amendment 18.
